How does it work:

Choose from three sessions at check out that you would like delivered right to your inbox! All sessions are tailored to YOU!

Three Sessions include:

  • Yoga Session (Video recording) 

    30 minute yoga session tailored to you. 

  • Guided Meditation (Audio session)

    15 minute guided meditation tailored to you. 

  • Guided Nature Walk  (Audio session)

    15 minute guided nature walk with reflection sheet.

  • Restore/Yin: Seated yoga focusing on longer holds, deep stretching of the connective tissue, allowing your body and mind to relax.

    Vinyasa: A moving meditation, matching breath to movement. Moving through poses to ground yourself, open up, and release what no longer serves you.

    Power: An athletic flow, matching breath to movement. Focusing on strength and vitality. Step into your power!

  • Yoga Nidra: Resting laying down with supported props, being guided into a deep state of relaxation between sleep and awake fullness. They say 20 minutes of yoga nidra equals 2 hours of deep rest!

    Visualization: Meditation focusing on visualization techniques to take you to the mountains or the sea!

    Seasonal: Meditation focusing on the season we are in here in the Northern Hemisphere. Connecting yourself to the world around you. Aligning with nature.

  • Nature Heals:Come take a walk with Taking Root! We will start with a pranayama breathing technique followed by a Nature Walk reflecting on your experience with nature and how you can make nature’s healing remedies apart of your wellbeing!

For who: YOU, of course! However, sessions can be created for a variety of ages from littles to big mindfulness learners or shared together as a family!

6-Week Virtual self-guided Nature and Mindfulness Wellness Series

Looking for your student to gain tools to build resilience in the areas of self-confidence, body awareness, self-regulation, self-control, regulate nervous system & reduce stress and anxiety?

We will learn a different mindfulness technique every week and be given a new mindfulness task to do on your own!

We know that not one size fits all. We explore a different technique every week to help you foster a mindfulness practice that works best for YOU!

Students will leave feeling a stronger sense of self-confidence, compassion for themselves and others, and with mindfulness tools used to help regulate their emotions.

Nature and Mindfulness activities include:

  • Breathing Exercises

    How does it work:

    Once you purchase and download you will be given a PDF slide deck of our 6-week Nature and Mindfulness Wellness Series.

Looking to feel present, connected, and rejuvenated from spending time in nature?

Increasing your connection to yourself and nature, minimizing anxiety and stress, creating a sense of calm in a busy world, keeping you accountable to your daily walk!

How does it work:

We will start with a grounding meditation and some somatic breath work. From there you will be “guided” on your very own interactive Mindfulness in Nature Walk.

You will also receive worksheets and/or reflection sheets to compliment your walk!
