What to Bring:

For our journey along the trail, it's important to come prepared for comfort, safety, and enjoyment for you and your little one!

Here's a checklist of essentials to bring along:

  1. Baby carrier: This trail is not assessable via stroller (lots of roots!). Wear your most comfortable carrier for you and your babe!

  2. Comfortable Hiking Shoes: Opt for sturdy, supportive footwear that's suitable for uneven terrain. Your feet will thank you for the extra stability and grip! If your little is walking make sure they do the same!

  3. Weather-Appropriate Clothing: Layers are key for adventures in New England, as temperatures can vary. Dress you and your little in breathable, moisture-wicking fabrics, and consider packing a lightweight jacket or rain shell just in case.

  4. Sense of adventure: I know doing something new like this can be out of your comfort zone. We have all been there. Bring an open mind and sense of adventure to hike somewhere new with your little, and be supported by other mommas. You are never alone in this motherhood journey!

To have in the car for your way home:

Water : Stay hydrated before and after our hike by bringing along a reusable water bottle filled with plenty of refreshing H2O for you and your little.

Snacks: Energize your body with nutritious snacks before your journey home!

Hope to see you out on the trail! 🥾
